Students will prepare a 10–15-minute forum on their chosen topic "Domestic Well Exemption". Leading up to the state contest student will prepare and present their forum at least 5 times and then create a 10-page (maximum) portfolio that covers the summary of the issue, bibliography, and forum documentation.
